Device not listed in Norton Family


my child has a Huaweii Honor Lite phone with Norton Family and Norton Mobile Security apps installed.  I noticed that the Mobile Security app was listed as a trial (I have a years subscription to Norton Security Premium) so I deleted the device from the https://my.norton.com/devices/home/List, uninstalled the app from the phone and then reinstalled it.

The app is now correctly displaying that it is linked to my years subscription.

However, when I go into MY Norton Family app on my phone my child is listed bu it states that there are no devices.

I have clicked on my child's name. This then displays 'Choose your child's device'. I select Andriod Phone or Tablet and click on Next.

The next screen is Download App. As the app is already installed I click on Next.

The next screen simply states that my child is not being monitored. Go to the Family Tab and click on Add Device in the Child Profile section to start monitoring your child's activities.

I have checked https://my.norton.com/devices/home/List and the device is listed but has not been seen for 2 days.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi @cromwell.4,

    If you delete a device from portal, you will have to setup/on-board the Norton Family app again on your child's device so that the child device is rebound to your Norton Family account. Hope this clarifies your question.
