It used to be possible to see each device online status (green dot or last seen) on the "Device Security" page under "Manage my devices". This is no longer possible. Tried different browsers and in both Windows and iOS. Was any change made to remove this feature ? If not, how to get it back ? Thanks.

In your Norton account if you click "View all devices" a page will appear where there will be a green check in the device icon indicating its in an ok status. There is no green dot anymore for devices showing as online. There is no way to make the dot reappear as it was changed some time ago by Norton. If a device shows other than a green check that will indicate its been offline and isn't getting updates therefore not being properly protected.

Thanks, but the green check was there before, it does not indicate actual online status as the green dot used to do. It was very useful feature. Why Norton decided to remove it ?

I personally have no idea why that feature was depreciated. Actually I haven't seen it for some time now.

Well then support knows zero about this I asked 3 times and have been on hold with useless answers, good bye Norton after mine expires, been loyal customer for years and really liked the green dot feature and the useless tech help has made my decision easy.
There are currently 9 users online.
