Hello, I have Norton Security and Norton VPN. I was doing some PC admin, and noticed that on my Norton devices covered section I seem to have 3 devices yet only one subscription. The devices all seem to be the same and two are identical yet they still show up as 2/3 devices on my licencing section in my Norton. Yet on my protection report screen it shows 1 of 1 licence (as I only have 1) yet devices 2.
One device is online - so I assume the one im using now and the others apear offline.
Is this normal or is there a problem with my subscription/product

The devices page in you Norton Account have been notorious for incorrect information. The correct information on devices activated can be found by hovering your cursor over the user icon at the top right of the screen and clicking on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses.
If you do in fact only have one device activated on your subscription, you can safely remove the other two you noted were not showing as online by clicking on the trash can beside each device.
