Devices does not appear under My Devices

Recently, I reinstalled my norton security in my computer. Everything is working good. It does the quick scans, full scans and everything else without any issues. It appears that the computer is protected. However, when I go into my norton account the device does not appear under My Devices. Before reinstalling, I did delete the computer from My Devices in hopes that I would add it again. I have 3 other devices but it should be 4 including this computer. Could that present an issue with remote management? The computer does have the license to Norton. I have remove and reinstall norton on this computer several times. The computer would appear under My devices but it would disappear when I log into my norton account. Any suggestion?

Sorry for what you are observing with our product!!
 
From analysis, I feel that your device registration failed for some reason ( usually network issues ). If my assumption is right, you will observe  
"Fix Now alert" with "You have not completed your Norton product registration.
4 hours after machine reboot ( every reboot )
Please click on the "Fix Now" button, and product will take you to the registration flow where you will be prompted to enter your norton account credentials, and register. 
This will complete your registration, and  your device will be listed on the portal. Please let me know whether this helps

Hi Balu -- I'm having the same issue regarding registration.

From your reply above, Fix Now and entering Norton registration has to happen 4 hours after EVERY REBOOT?

Hello @Frieda,

Thanks for contacting, and sorry for what you are observing with our product.

Ideally your registration should have completed successfully when product activates initially. However for devices where registration failed,  you will observe a "Fix Now alert" with "You have not completed your Norton product registration" message. This will be shown after 4 hours after you reboot the machine. This should successfully register your device with the account. Once successful you will no longer see "Fix Now" alert.

Hi Frieda. I too am getting alerts for "You have not completed your Norton product registration".  Like you, I also have the Full Scan "Scan Error" problem. I have reported this Product Registration error to the Norton Administrator Sunil under the Scan Error Thread as they may be connected. 

I'm not sure if you have a Devices display problem. I do - although my Mac appears under devices, it is always shown as Offline. I have reported this in the same way.

Your suggestion did work. However, I check into my account and the same thing is happening. My device is not appearing under "My Devices." I will try to reboot the system again and will let you know what happens. Thanks again for your suggestion.
