Devices missing from "View devices"

I have had a Nortons 360 - 10 user account for a number of years now and along the way I have used up all 10 licenses. Recently we have added new pc's to our office and I have removed the replaced pc's and transferred the licenses to the new machines.

Along the way however there have been certain pc's that were replaced that I can not locate in order to transfer licenses. Also, these missing devices DO NOT appear in the list of licensed devices when I look under the "Device Security - View devices" and "Device Security - Manage Licenses".  This only shows 7 devices and 7 licenses, all of which I can account for.

When I take a look under "My Subscriptions" it says that I have used 9 out of 10 licenses. Unfortunately, the pc's that the missing two licenses have been installed on are long gone and nowhere to be found.

Does anyone know how I can clear out the two assigned licenses from pc's that (for all intents and purposes) no longer exist?

Re: Devices missing from "View devices"

On the My Subscriptions page, on the Current subscription is a Manage Licenses link. Clicking that brings up the list of devices assigned to that subscription. Find the device you wish to remove and click on the trash can to the right of that device. That will remove it from your subscription and free up the activation for another device.

Thanks Peter, but as I said;

Re: Devices missing from "View devices"

You need to look in the My Subscriptions page to find the devices listed under your subscription. The Devices page does not always match the subscription information. This is a long standing problem with the Devices page. But the My Subscription device listing is always correct.

If you are on the My Subscriptions page, make sure you are scrolling down on the list of devices shown there. By default only 5 or 6 devices are shown in the box and you have to scroll to see the rest.
