Did we just get a new forum UI?

Just came to forum from an email notification and see what appears to be a new forum look.

Went from

The yellow circle at the top left is from Chrome. In Firefox, it has the check mark and Norton beside it.

I don't have Chrome installed, but the Norton logo at the top left looks normal in both Firefox v99.0.1 and MS Edge v100.0.1185.39 on my Win 10 Pro v21H2 laptop.

EDIT:

I'm curious to know if any reported bugs in the forum software have actually been fixed or if this is just a change in the layout template.  I noticed that I still can't log out of this forum after posting a reply unless I refresh the page, so at first glance it doesn't look like there's been much change in functionality.
