I want to disable/stop Norton backup.

While logged into a Windows Admin Account, open the classic Norton interface. From the new My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security. Then click on Settings and in the Quick Controls section un check the Backup and Backup Overlays settings. That will disable your Backup feature.
