Disabling Script Setting in my Norton AntiVirus

I am getting an o8005 error when setting up MS Outlook 2016 app for my email (just installed my MS Office 365). The error definition is to disable a script feature, not sure if that is in my Norton Anti Virus or in my IE Browser setting?

Re: Disabling Script Setting in my Norton AntiVirus

This is not a Norton issue. What is the entire error code? What is your OS? Are using Outlook that came with your Office? Who is your email provider? Did you have a previous version of Office before? If you using Windows 10 you could have used the Windows 10 mail app. No need to purchase money on Office. Many free alternatives.

@Ken Ferrer:

If U too met similar error msg as shown below...

Plz give the below support page and/or this post at MS Forums a try.

You may disable Norton Toolbar for IE temporarily and, check if your issue continues.

For more info, plz pay a visit to MS Forums. Thx and luck...
