Discontinued? Where the notification?
So I happen to visit this site to see what fixes or upgrades are happening with this wonderful device you sold me. Only to find out it was canceled, end-of-line.
Why was I not notified? Why is nobody being notified? You spam advertising to buy it, you know my email being an active customer. I get plenty of advertisements from Norton for your other active products. Why the secrecy? Embarrassed, you hoping it will all just go away like a bad dream. Even on Amazon they are still selling this device as though it is an active product. Don’t you care?
You obviously seem glad to take money, but can you please notify your customers you claim to care about what is going on? What will happen to my device? Will it become a brick, will it need replacement? I feel such a fool for buying into this device, didn’t even make it to a subscription upgrade and it is history.
At least pin a topic at the top of this support site notifying the state of this product. How difficult would this be? Seems obvious no one at Norton cares, except in getting our money.
