Discrepancy between "Devices" and "Services" web pages

When I access my account the two web pages "devices" and "services" do not match. One shows 6 items the other 7 items and the names do not match. How can I manage my account when the data shown is inconstant?

Just use the Services tab. That is the one that should be correct.

This is a known issue with the difference between the Devices and Services tab. No one seems to be able to explain it.

Understand, but that is an unacceptable answer. Norton needs to fix the issue, period.

I never meant it to be a solution. It was just a comment on what has been going on for some time. There have been many requests for Norton to get these two tabs sync'd.

I, too, have noticed that the "Devices" page shows the incorrect number; in my case, it shows 9, whereas the "Services" page shows all 10 seats are used.  There is also a banner: Now you can manage your Norton services here on the Account Settings page. We'll also be updating this page soon (italics are mine).  I do wonder when "soon" will be.

My 10th device is a laptop, which had a clean install of Norton, as I replaced another brand.  It only appears on the "Services" page.

Now you can manage your Norton services here on the Account Settings page. We'll also be updating this page soon (italics are mine).  I do wonder when "soon" will be.

Not sure you want it to change. All that message notes is that the Services page is being revamped, probably to look similar to the new Devices page. Let's just hope the changes don't mess up the functionality which is working properly at the moment.

The "Services" page works fine, and it identifies each of my computers correctly.  The "Devices" page is meaningless and doesn't even properly identify each device.  Each of my computers is identified with a specific name to be able differentiate between the many different machines I have and each name is unique. But "Devices" simply identifies them as "Window 10-1",  "Windows 10-2" and so on.  I have no idea which computer is which, and thus no way to "manage" them at all from the "Devices" page. .

Please, do NOT change the functionality of the "Services" page.  If it is changed to match the non-functional and entirely useless "Devices" page,  I will have no alternative but to uninstall Norton when my subscription expires.
