Solved.
Disk Defrag/App Accel don't run
I have Norton Utilities Ultimate downloaded, but when I try to run Disk Defrag or App Accel the "Analyze Now" button is greyed out & I can't click on the checkbox to select the C drive.

Is your C drive an SSD? If so, disk utilities should be smart enough to know that you should not defrag an SSD.

yes it now if its a ssd nvme ect
