Disk Doctor Engine Failure

Using Windows 10 (upgraded yesterday with latest patch) and Norton Utilities 16, even after reloading and doing the Smart Update, keep getting "failed to initialize Disk Doctor Engine".  How do I get it to work?  Will Norton simply provide me with a FREE update to the latest Utilities to get it to work?

Re: Disk Doctor Engine Failure

NU 16 is the latest version.

Restarting your computer may help with this. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Fast Start feature.. See more information here.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Tried this a number of times.  It just doesn't work!  Too bad that Norton doesn't support its products.

Are you trying to run NU from a Windows Admin account?
