Do I get Norton Anti-track with Norton 360 or is it an add-on?

Hi all,

I am confused - not that it takes much these days! I have Norton Utilities which provides  all of the system "tune up" tools, and then I also have Norton 360, which provides Device Security, Dark Web Monitoring, Secure VPN, Cloud Backup, Password Manager, Parental Controls. I keep getting pop-ups for Anti-Track which seems to be a good product, but then it asking for £30.89 (sterling) - which in itself seems odd as my system is VPN'd to Australia (my home country) although I am currently in Canada. Is Anti_Track included int eh current Norton packages or is it an add on? And secondly, why would I be getting offers to buy from UK (or at least in U.K currency)? Thanks in advance,  for your help. Norton AntiTrack is stand-alone offering offered in geo-locations. 

Norton AntiTrack is offered in: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other geo-locations.
