Does Identity Safe work in Firefox (v57) and Google Chrome (v65+) ?

Too many posts and not making the situation any clearer.

Does Identity Safe work in Firefox (v57) and Google Chrome (v65+) ?

If so, we sign in to first Norton account and then into Vault account?

I no longer rely on Norton Identity Safe, having switched to LastPass, but I know another person who really wishes to be able to resume use of Identity Safe and that person's Vault; preferably in Google Chrome.  Also, should Regular Mode be used instead of Incognito Mode when using ID Safe in Chrome?  Is Norton Security installed on that person's main machine? Yes.

It does work in both those browsers. Just not the way it used to.

As they only work with a cloud vault, you do need to first log into your Norton Account, and then enter the vault password.

There is an option to allow in In Cognito mode in the extension's settings.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

I will need to take another CAREFUL look and try again.  MY vault is a local vault.  Someone I knew has the CLOUD Vault, and that is the person who needs it and was not able to make it work.

Moderator, thanks for putting the post as a separate topic.  This is much better placement; although I was responding using the posting due to frustration what I was reading in the other topic.
