Does Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Select not remove online trackers unless I upgrade?

I subscribe to Norton™ 360 with LifeLock™ Select.  I just got a pop up from Norton "We've Detected 558 Trackers Following Your Online Activities."  I am asked to Subscribe Now.  I would hope that my spending $150 annually would take care of these trackers.
