Does Norton Secure Browser have a web capture feature similar to web capture in Microsoft Edge? If so, where do I find it and can I add a button for it on the toolbar as you can in MS Edge?

No...not similar to Edge = Web capture button - Ctrl+Shift+S

Norton Secure Browser web capture (without an extension) is similar to Chrome.
Ctrl+Shift+I => Ctrl+Shift+P => type 'screenshot'

Thanks for your answer. It is similar, but not the same. Besides differences in usability, it does not capture the image into a copy buffer. Instead, it saves the image to a PNG file. Hopefully, in the final version, it becomes more like MS Edge.
