i have purchaed internet security 2011 for 3 pcs. i want to install on a netbook with no cd driveç how can i download ıt?

As mdturner says ... and note that that downloaded file will be more uptodate than the one you purchased if it came on a CD since those are not updated over time.
So if you ever have to reinstall on your existing computers, it's a good idea to use that downloaded file to install on them and just use the KEY you bought to activate those installations.
If the KEY you use on the netbook has been running for some time then the netbook installation will not run the full period but will expire on the anniverary of the first installation, but I expect you already know that ....
