Hi, I'm trying to download the NF installer but it is giving me this note: the signature of Norton family installer is corrupted or invalid.
What should I do?
As of yesterday 1/15/16, I'm having the exact same problem. I trying some different things on my end. I'll post my solution if I arrive at one.

Katie's instruction in my private message worked. The process uninstalled the troublesome files and then reinstalled a fresh, clean copy that self installed flawlessly. Thanks Katie!
My windows 7 64 bit won't install the NF Installation.
It will download and after running it will say that it is corrupt.
Tried another browser and then my Norton 360 down load manager would say that there is a problem with the file.
I have just downloaded it successfully on 2 other windows 7 computers with Norton 360 with out any issues.
Please help me fix the issue.

And when I use Firefox or Google Chrome I get this message.

Besides Norton 360, do you also have other security product(s) on the PC?

Hey I found this about the download manager
I tried to do what it said but unfortunately but it still does not work. When I reinstalled my Norton 360 the Update install did the same thing that the Norton Family install is doing.

I'd like to setup a remote session with you to try the following steps. If you feel comfortable with the steps below and want to try yourself, please let us know the results. 1. Right click on latest NF_Installer.exe you download on the device (which is located normally at C:\Users\your_login_name\Downloads), select properties and then click on digital signature tab (see screen shot below) and let us know what you see.
2. You mentioned you successfully installed Norton Family on 2 other win7 systems. Would it be possible you could copy the successfully downloaded NF installer from one of the other win7 systems to this device and try to launch it to see what happens. If it still has issues then the issues points to this specific device.
