When using the Copy My Hard Drive in Ghost 15 the option for Destination partition type and drive letter is grayed out.
Hello Penny6 This article though older may give you some guidance : https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.tech108137.html
Ghost can see the drives and partitions. It is not allowing me to choose the drive letter that I want to name it.
I am running Windows 7.
Penny what type of drive are you trying to copy to? USB, external disk, etc.
Internal disk. It is the D drive. When I clone the C drive to the D drive it is not allowing me to rename the drive letter.
I would like to have the drive letter as "none".
The solution was to open Disk Management and Delete Volume for the drive that is going to be the destination of the copy.
Penny you beat me to the punch. Busy evening for me but glad you have the solution.
Thank you for helping me. It is much appreciated!
