EAP 7 doesn't work with Windows 10 Creators Update

I was enrolled in one of the EAP's but I don't know which version.  I had to delete Norton and Malwarebytes to upgrade to the newest Creators Edition of Windows.  After Instillation I am unable to install EAP 7 again.  It tells me I don't have a valid registration or participating product, but it is the same version of Norton that I had before, I just reinstalled it.  I will include a picture of the version of Norton, and in the lower right hand corner you can see the version number of the Windows Creator I am using.  Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Re: EAP 7 doesn't work with Windows 10 Creators Update

AFAIK  you still have to install the retail channel product and then apply the EAP  to your account . Log into your Norton Account at  https://manage.norton.com

Click on My Norton at the top right, then My Services. Click on the Download button and follow the directions to install your Norton product. Be sure you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available.

After you are up to date you can follow the directions in this thread to get back on the EAP.

I just looked a little closer and the version offered by the EAP in my link above is the same as the current release version. That could explain some of your issue here.

You can still sign up for the EAP, but you will have to wait for a new EAP build to be sent out.

Re: EAP 7 doesn't work with Windows 10 Creators Update

Having a similar problem as the OP. I was able to sign up with the EAP tool a few weeks ago on my desktop, but when I tried to do it on my laptop (same license & program version -, it says I don't have a valid license or product.

As I understand it, there's a new EAP out, but neither EAP-6 nor EAP-7 has worked to set me up with the beta on my laptop. Is this an issue on my end, or an issue with Norton?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a beta-test nerd (Chrome Canary all the way! ;-) ), so I'm hoping someone can help me get my laptop set up with EAP.

Thanks again! Appreciate the time.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I meet all the requirements to set this up on my laptop.

Re: EAP 7 doesn't work with Windows 10 Creators Update

The current retail product version is newer than any EAP versions that had been released. That is why you cannot sign up at this time.

If you check my post above it will explain what you can and cannot do at this time.
