When I edit a post, should I list/describe what I edit at the end of it?

Like

Edit: Changed instructions

or

Edit: Added warning

or

Edit: Changed/corrected download link

Some posters indicate what they have edited, others do not; it depends on how relevant they consider indicating what exactly has been edited.
