Email Activity Reports not received by Parent

I have an issue where one of the email addresses listed says that they are not receiving the activity reports. Is there any way that you can verify that they are receiving the email reports? I don't have access to their PC or email account to check if they are in fact receiving the activity reports.

Hi Born_a_Buckeye,

You said "one of the email addresses listed says that they are not receiving the activity reports".  To make sure I understand you correctly, please answer the following questions.

1. What email addresses list you are referring to? 

2. For the "activity report", are you referring to the weekly/monthly report?

3. Does the email address receive any alert email when a child tries to visit a forbidden website?

4. Does the program work well on their devices other than the email issue?

1. The list of email addresses for notifications to be sent under the Notify tab for House Rules.

2. I was referring to the weekly report.

3. Notifications are not enabled so none are sent.

4. NF works fine on all of the devices.

2 of the 3 email addresses on the notification settings are receiving the weekly reports. I am not able to personally verify the 3rd email address is receiving the weekly report, so I have to take their word. If you could verify that they are receiving the weekly reports, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the update.  If 2 of the 3 email addresses on the list are receiving the weekly reports, that means the function works well, so the 3rd email should receive the email too.  Can you please let us know

1. Check if the weekly email has been sent to the Spam Folder for some reason.

2. You answered  "Notifications are not enabled so none are sent.", Can you please ask the user to enable the function temporarily to see the 3rd email gets any alert emails from Norton Family server.

If No for # 1 and no emails for #2, can you please send me the following information by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

a. The Norton Family account email address

b. The email address in the list that doesn't receive weekly report.

Hi Born_A_Buckeye,

We checked into the account you had referred in your private message and found some email addresses added in the notification settings.  Out of which, the following email addresses are not enabled to receive notification emails or reports.

dxx_xxy@fxxs.org

vxx.xxr@fxxs.org  

Could you please add them again (they won’t be visible in portal if they are disabled) in Notify tab for House Rules in old portal or under child settings in new portal, to receive the reports and notification emails.
