Email change in Vault

I changed my email for Norton successfully, but when I check settings in the Vault, the old email remains. In settings, changing it doesn't do anything.  I'm using current Chrome, have logged out of both Norton and Chrome, restarted the computer with no change.  It's the first time I've tried to do this.  Am I doing something wrong?

Did you edit your email address in the vault?

To clarify - Changing the Norton email address works.  Changing the email in the Vault is what doesn't.  I'm baffled.

Yes At least that's what I'm trying to do and it isn't changing.

Be sure you are clicking Save after you change the email address in the vault.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

Well, it's done. I have no idea why or how.  The only thing I can think of is that a cold boot did the trick.  I had already done all the suggested actions with no result.  Must have been a registry error?  Who knows.  It's OK now and thanks for the attention to my issue.
