Email Notification link to site page require Login again -----Strange
Yeah... Well, some small pains and a few adjustments are always expectable, actually, almost unavoidable, in situations similar to the one we are going through. No surprises here. What surprises me is the unexpected way this migration was implemented, with no advice or advance warning of any kind that I know of. So these are the rougher edges that will be gradually worked out.
Surprise is the spice of life
We're working on that one too. The email notifications are sent with "http" in the links. We're finding issues when trying to redirect from http to https, but that's the current hurdle. If that proves to be too difficult, we'll update the subscription emails to use https URLs. Thanks.
As of a notification dated just after 8:00pm this evening the link in the Subject
did take me to the message but I could not get the Reply Editor without logging in and then refinding your message in the thread ....
Hopefully you will solve the impermanent login "feature" soon ....
And then maybe I can get into my Account?
