Emails not coming through on device after setting up Norton 360

Finally set up Norton 360 on my mobile and I have been unable to get my emails to come through. Keep getting errors but no details on how to fix it.

What device and OS version are you using?
What errors are you seeing?
If you have the VPN feature turned on, that can interfere with email providers.
