Running N360PE. Yesterday changed email address on all Norton accounts. Today after being on a couple of hours Vault became empty. Noticed I was one version behind so suspected a Norton auto update was being done. Didn't look like it was running so I did it manually. Vault remained empty. Online Vault also empty. Rebooted a couple of times, both remained empty. I keep a hard copy but over 200 ID's between wife and myself. Not sure if I did something wrong while updating email yesterday or something else. Any help with either the cause of the problem or possible restore would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
