Ensure DropBox Process is not Interrupted

My DropBox stopped working (syncing with the internet instance) when I installed Norton.
I am being told that maybe Norton is interfering with it.
How can I configure Norton to be sure that this process/thread itself is not being disabled or interfered with?
So I need to create an EXCEPTION I believe.
Norton can still check my Dropbox files if it is able, but I do not want to block any Dropbox.exe DbxSvc.exe processes.
What menus and where is this done?
Thank you

Please give me a short bit to try installing drop-box on one of my machines as a test. I'd like to see whether my Norton product installed gives me the same issues. I will post back anything that appears to compare with you.
Edited: I downloaded drop box from this link, then installed. I chose the Basic plan and have NOT uploaded any files. I also elected to download the files directly with a copy on my local HD vice in the cloud only and without remote access via smartphone. Norton didn't block anything during the install process. Please see the screenshots below. FWIW!! Where are you downloading your DB installer from? Wondering if that may be the issue? I also installed OFF LINE vice through my browser of choice. I'm on Windows 10 Pro x 64 version 21H2 / build 19044.1741 / Norton Security Ultra - Norton 360 Deluxe ver. 22.22.4.11
