Error: "3038,104" appears on my Norton product

Please ensure the system date, time and time zone is correct prior to following the official fix above.
Just bit more curious, when did you encounter that error msg? Ran a full system scan? And, what is operating system are you using?
And, if you're using a Windows 10/8.1./8 based computer, please Google how to disable the Fast Startup setting in your system - this helps avoid 3038,104 error appearing again.
Here's another 2 tips: 1) clear out all of the temporary files before you check your system for threats; 2) set your Norton to skip those zipped items in your disks (Settings > Antivirus > Scan and Risks > disable Compressed File Scan.)
