Error: "3048,3"

I got the error 3048,3 and was told to go to intelligent updater  www.symantec.com/business/security_response/definitions/download/detail.jsp?gid=n95 and download page but Symantec said that it does not exist. What do I do?

I just checked out your link and it works - but noticed that WIN 10 was not include - it read:

Norton AntiVirus for Windows XP/Vista/7/8 in the header???

Am I missing something?

Symantec said that it does not exist.

what "it" does Symantec say does not exist....? 

this KB for example does not mention W10

This KB came out in May, before Win 10 was released. Win 10 wasn't released until July 2015.. It mentions that it is good for Windows on the bottom of the page to the left.

The first link is also an older link since it uses a http address rather than https. Also the link on that page where it shows how to tell the name of your product leads to a KB which was written before Win 10 was released. That also leads me to think that the whole site is an older one before win 10. In other words, that KB needs to be updated..
