I have a fully paid and active subscription but I get the error code below!

Have you restarted your computer? Not Shutdown and startup again if you have the Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

Open the classic interface of your 360 product and click on Help > Subscription Status to have your 360 sync with the Norton subscription servers.

Are you seeing this error when trying to access your LifeLock Account, or your Norton 360 Account?

When I chatted with Support that said it was a migration issue?
