I have been trying to back up my computer for hours and each time I receive an error message "Backup did not complete (A2807)" I cannot find any information about this error. What does it mean and how can I fix it?
If you look in the log you will notice that it says the backup server was busy. This can rarely occur if the server you have hit is not functioning properly. All of our servers are behind load balancers so under normal circumstances this error will go away immediately. Have you tried again?
