Error logging into Outlook hotmail with Chrome V 32 and Norton extension is enabled

Login Error for  (Outlook, Hotmail, or Live.com) using Chrome v32 with Norton Identify Extension  2010.6.4.11 enabled

I am getting an error in Chrome (v 32.0.1700.102)  when logging into the Outlook Email (live.com) with Norton Identify Protection (NIP) extension is enabled.

Chrome Error:

Blocked a frame with origin "https://skypewebexperience.live.com" from accessing a frame with origin "https://bluxxx.mail.live.com". The frame being accessed set "document.domain" to "live.com", but the frame requesting access did not. Both must set "document.domain" to the same value to allow access.

The site works when the extension is disabled.  It seems the Norton Identify Protection is NOT compatible with this site.

Is there a way to make NIP exenstion ask before blocking the site?

Example : frame accessed does not match frame requesting -- Continue?  Cancel?

Hi kcabbott,

Can you please let us know if the issue occurs with other browsers as well?

Thanks, Kumar

Having same problem.

Identity safe in chrome with outlook.com / live.com / hotmail.com doesn't work.

I'm can log in but the page is blanked. Like a white page is pasted over it.

In windows explorer it funcitions without any problem.

Please fix.
