Error message

I am a user of Norton Small Business and installed the product in July 2015 from a multi user licence. All fine until a couple of days ago. when I try to open the programme I get an error message 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Security\Engine64\22.5.2.15\uiStub.exe Unspecified error'. Any ideas please!

Hi, yvonne. What is your operating system ? Have you tried Help/Support in the UI, and running the Fix tool to see if it comes up with a fix ?   Have you tried rebooting ?

If not, you could try the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, which will give you a clean install again.  http://www.norton.com/nrnr

If used, please read the Before you begin note, and run Live Update after until no more are found, then reboot.

Hi

Many thanks for this. Operating on Windows 7. I tried the fix tool but it made no difference. However, I have used the remove and reinstall tool which has solved the problem.
