Error with Notify a Moderator / Subscribe Links

I clicked the Notify a Moderator link this morning in not4norton's thread Norton Security Deluxe in the Tech Outpost board to suggest that this thread be moved to the Norton Security board but the link appeared to be dead (i.e., there was no pop-up for submitting the notification).

Out of curiosity I clicked the Subscribe link in that same thread and got this error message:

Hi Sunil_GA:

No,the Notify a Moderator and Subscribe links are both working again today (04-Mar-2017).  I'll mark this thread as Solved and post back if the problem re-occurs.
