error in ordering

Hi. I have by mistake subscribed to the wrong Norton product. I wish to merely subscribe to Norton 360 Premium. Please show me how to correct this error. Thank you.

Did you order the wrong Norton product from Norton direct or from reputable third-party vendor?

There is no one in these forums that can access your Norton Account details. You will have to contact Norton Support to ask them to switch your current subscription for the one that you want.    www.norton.com/contactcs
