Error in Signing into Norton account

I recently purchased Norton 360 subscription for Asus VivoBook Laptop. It got installed and activated but I am unable to sign in into the Norton account. When I try to sign in, it gives me error - "Cannot connect to the Norton server. An unexpected browser error has occurred." I have tried multiple methods to solve the problem like running NRnR software and changing default browser but couldn't solve the problem. Please provide support.

My device details are as follows -

Manufacturer - Asus

Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 4700U

OS - Windows 10 Pro

Re: Error in Signing into Norton account

Check to see that there was no other non - Norton security software included with your new computer. Even a trial version needs to be fully removed using the removal utility for that software to avoid conflicts with Norton.

Re: Error in Signing into Norton account

I used to have Microsoft Defender as my main Antivirus which got deactivated when I installed Norton. I don't think we can uninstall it. I also had Malwarebytes Antimalware on SOS basis. I uninstalled it and ran Malwarebytes Removal Tool after that. But my problem continues.

Re: Error in Signing into Norton account

When you used the NRNR tool, did you use the Advanced Options > Remove Only? If not, give that a try and then restart your computer and log into your Norton Account and download your 360 from there.

Yes, I have used Remove Only option also but still my problem didn't solve.
