lol the one time i see it working well during the day and leave it to mine overnight, it stops working. absolutely brilliant XD. well played norton. well played indeed..

Yep. Same here. I was seeing some very slow gains up until 10:00 pm last night and then it stuck. Left both my rigs running overnight with a combined hash rate of over 60 MH/s and today, it is still exactly where it was last night. This seems to be a pattern.
My question is, and I have asked it a bunch of times on here, are we gonna get compensated for all the crypto our rigs hashed when Norton Crypto was glitching out? I mean this is the digital age. Everything is tracked. Just because NC is glitching out while our rigs are melting down hashing crypto does not mean that no crypto has been hashed. What is Norton gonna do, says
" Well, looky there. We have an extra million crypto in our account and no rigs were hashing last night. Hmmm...? wonder how that happened? Oh well, lucky us! Woohoo! Free crypto from the crypo gods! Thank you, magical crypto gods"

LOL! While writing my last comment, I actually LOST 3 cents! So while my RIGs are hashing their hearts out, NC is saying that I am losing crypto. ROTFL! I mean, if it were not so ridiculous, it would not be so funny.
I am just hanging around now to see just how badly Norton is gonna screw its users.

i hear ya man. i really do. unfortunately norton has covered their bases with the beta terms and conditions so i dont they will or need to compensate us.
it is a risk we take by turning it on. the only thing we can do right now is to not leave it running all the time. stop it when its not updating, then start it back awhile later to see if its working again. a lot of babysitting needs to be done. if not youre just gonna waste money and resources.

I also here ya. The thing is, I don't care what is written on some ToS, or some company policy. Right is Right, and Wrong is Wrong. This is what companies these days do not seem to get. You cannot alter the immutable laws of the universe by writing a policy. LOL! Sure companies think that they can write any CYB policy to cover themselves, but it does not change that they have the responsibility to do the right thing regardless of what is written in the policy. Believe me, many companies have done me wrong and lived to regret it. Not that this here reaches that level, but I am not a person you want to make angry. In 99% of cases, I am content to just walk away and take my business elsewhere and consider it a lesson learned. But a few times companies have pushed me a little too far and they have learned the lesson of what happens when the ant they stepped on, turns out to be an Amazon Bullet Ant and bites back.
Bottom line. Lying to people, deceiving people, and taking what you have not earned, is wrong. No ToS policy has the power to alter that truth. No stroke of a pen can change it or make it acceptable. How Norton handles this is a testament in the court of public opinion to just who Norton is as a company. If a security company that claims to be on your side and is there to protect your interest, robs and screws their customers over; well, who is gonna trust them with their security after that?

@M_88 - a restart of our payout service about 7 min after your message came through should have resolved it, we have noticed an anomaly on some of our payout service systems that get into a hung state, we have alerts and monitoring, and restarts should resolve the problem quickly

Have you ever seen an RTX 3080 do 310MH/s?

Nope, on screen above if i see correctly there are 2x3090 and 1x2080ti. On my 3090 maximum Hashrate was 115MH/s depending on settings but i have screen from early beta tests when it shows over 2GH/s :)
Anyway it started working again. How often there are that restarts of payout services?

when we see errors indicating there is an issue we sometimes have to restart services

We have stabilized portions of the back end infrastructure so restarts are being minimized however I am curious now what you are seeing for results in your MH/s. A 3090 should see just over 100MH/s so I would expect 115MH/s to be extremely optimal and running well.
Please let me know what the client is reporting so we can further look into this if needed.

Right now most important thing for me is it working and today there wasn't any stucks. Right now app shows me 105 MH/s but its mostly depending on settings (GPU power limit).

Yeah, everything is screwed up. I can't even load the cloud wallet page. The Crypto app is saying my balance is 0.0000. LOL!

When they do an upgrade to the server, there will be a short time when it will appear that the ETH is 0, but this should go back to normal once the upgrade is completed.

I never saw a zero wallet but did see some issues today. Late morning PT it would restart, mine, restart again about every 30 sec-minute but started working again maybe hour later. I was working so not sure on time. In afternoon, after about 3pm, it got stuck on restarting, no mining. Restarted my computer & was back to normal & has been since last check about 15 min ago. Computer restart, normally I do a cold start, has worked for me 2 or 3 times when mining got stuck.
