Every day on opening computer I get pop up window to log into anti track

When I boot my windows 10 computer I get a popup to log into Nortons Anti Track.  How do I get rid of it?  I atopped subscribing to it years ago.

remove the program:

WIN + R
appwiz.cpl
remove Norton Anti Track
