Every time a link is clicked the app crashes

Hi. Every time a link is clicked the app crashes. It worked fine, until latest update of NPWM. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app- no remedy. Norton 360 Android 12 (all the latest updates)

Are you seeing any error messages when the app crashes?

Try another reinstall but this time first clear the app data for NPM.  Open Android Settings > Apps and search for Norton 360. Tap on that and then on Storage and clear the app data. Then uninstall/remove the app. Restart the device, and then reinstall 360 and test.

Hello. I have done what You describe several times - no remedy. Norton Support offers no solution. Work around: Tap the link and choose "open new page" from the pop-up - it works!

Where are these links you are referring to? In Norton Password Manager, or in a browser, or an email?

Logged into the Vault (Password Manager) - same error when clicking any URL/link. E.g. clicking on a link from an e- mail, a webpage etc. = app crash. Tap the same link and a pop- up shows, choose 'open link in a new page' = works. Reported the issue to booth Google Play and Norton Support.

Thanks for reporting it to Norton. What browser are you using, or is opening when you click on links?

The internal one (inside the vault) 'Secure Webreader' (Säker webläsare). I.e. the webreader You can choose from the Vault's start page. It's the one that always open links when I click or tap a URL/link/web-address (when logged into the Vault). Moreover, except for not being able to save Bookmarks, everything worked fine until latest Norton Password's update.
