Let me see if I understand how to get some money out of all of this...
So, I'm supposed to transfer ("Withdraw") the ETH in Norton Crypto to an ETH wallet in my Coinbase account?
(What does the "USD" setting/option in the Withdraw dialog in Norton Crypto do?)
Then, transfer/convert the ETH in that Coinbase wallet/account to USD in an attached bank account?

That is correct, you are moving it from your Norton Wallet to an exchange in our case Coinbase is the service we use. Coinbase will allow you to exchange your Ethereum for any other digital currency as well as convert it into USD in your own bank.

Just wanted to say that I successfully moved my first ETH batch/transaction from NortonCrypto to CoinBase!
Probably a good idea to do this once/first using a small[er] quantity, so that you don't lose it all by doing something wrong. Once you know how to do it and have proof it works, then try larger moves/transactions.
