Exactly what can Norton Core do and not do?

Appears that Norton Core may be intended to be a set and forget product and may not support "more advanced" router functions such as port forwarding and DMZ. Also if used as a wired router behind wireless access points, are the Wi-Fi security features compromised? When will comprehensive documentation be available so we can begin to understand Core's capabilities and fit?

Re: Exactly what can Norton Core do and not do?

Have you checked the Core FAQs here.   http://support.norton.com/core

The Core router is designed to the the first device after your modem. You can run your other wireless access points off the Core. That way the wifi security is set up in the Core and all other connected devices will be protected.

My guess is that the documentation will be available when the device is available for shipping. I too would like to see the documentation so I could answer questions like you are posting.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
