Expiration problem

Hello Sir,

My name is Wichai. 2 years ago, I'd made contacted with Miss(I think) Malappagari talking about my 2 confusing Norton accounts. The conclusion was Miss Malappagari would sum my 2 Norton accounts into one and extend the expiration to Sep 01,2022. But I've just been charged for the renewal last week.

I have sent you a snipped pdf file talking with Malappagari. Would you kindly please recheck my subscription?

Thank you very much,

Wichai...
