Was that password related to a specific site? If so, have you changed the password for that site? That is all you need to do.
And as long as you do not use the same password on multiple sites, and you do not recognise even the partial password, you have nothing to worry about.

It says it's related to Combo List 999K ... I have no idea what that is, and I don't use passwords beginning with a capital letter unless it is generated by the Norton generator ... so based on what your reply is, I have nothing to worry about ...

Thank you for the additional information. There was no verification code in the alert. I figured out the password, although it wasn't in the same as the one I used. It was from a few really old accounts long before I knew about password security, so I am changing those accounts.
