Facebook scam?

I get an email daily that someone has logged into my Facebook account from a different IP address usually in a different state in the US.  I am supposed to call a number immediately.  I think it must be a scam to sign up for some kind of protection.  IS there anything I can do to get rid of this problem? Thanks, Diana

Re: Facebook scam?

How does this involve Norton Core? What alert(s) do you receive from your Core app with this information?

Cheers

Re: Facebook scam?

The first thing I would suggest, whether or not it is a scam is to change your Facebook password.

What is the sender's email address in these emails?

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
