For about two days now, I am unable to scan my FaceBook wall with Norton 360. When I attempt to access Facebook from Norton 360 I get a message "Sorry this page is unavailable."
No help for your situation - although I can verify that I am seeing the same result on both NIS 188.8.131.52 and NSS 184.108.40.206.
I don't know if Norton is aware of it or not, but I will flag this for them to take a look at!

Ah so Im not alone then ? Right now for over a week I have been unable to use facebook wall scan it simply directs me to sign in fb home displaying a hand with bandage , or suggesting find another app , I contacted norton rep who offered to connect to my pc , i declined having established from another norton rep that it was a norton issue and not mine , i was first told a few days , a week on its still bust , could it be it wont be fixed ? as a new product is soon to be released , and its also in air whether the upgrade will be free or not ? ive 420 days left on mine so i hope fb is fixed and if not a new product just might solve an irritating problem i wont use facebook whilst its not working in case links are dodgy on my wall ...So Please team get it fixed please
Patience is required in situations such as this - Norton is aware of it: "Our team is currently working to fix it soon."

Be patient for no longer protected by Facebook Wall Scan...I hope my Facebook don't get any scam...

I'm having the same problem, and will wait patiently for the fix. As of today, it's still not working. Hope they fix it soon.
I'ts been a month now with no fix. Norton not listening to us. Patience???? Ha, Norton wasn't patient when it wanted my money for Norton 360. We all paid for goods that are not being delivered. Norton 360 is proving to be an inferior product and we DESERVE our money back for not receiving what we paid for. I say we demand satisfaction and not settle for their geek tech mumbo jumbo. NORTON (SYMANTEC) ARE PLAYING US ALL FOR FOOLS.
This thread was started 8/19 and it's now 9/16 and no fix.
I just ran a Facebook Scan and it is working again!
