I did manually LiveUpdate recently, however, it always to be said "Fail to complete" I don't know what happen!

os: WINDOWS 10
NORTON: NORTON 360

Please disable Fast Startup. Please restart your computer. Wait about an hour and try a manual Live Update again. Sometimes it could be a server issue that will clear up.

I did it and disable Fast Startup, however, I checked in security history and found a file named " Engine,Norton360,installdir " was failed to complete. Would I solve this problem, thanks.

Perhaps your files have become corrupted. Please try doing a remove and reinstall of your product. It will give you a clean and fresh install of N360. I assume you are not running any other security program.
After reinstall, please run Live Update, restarting as necessary until you see no more updates are available.
