"Failed - Download Error" in Chrome when using Norton Security
I am experiencing an issue when attempting to download files from a file sharing service that occurs with ALL browsers I try (Opera, Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox, etc.) whereby the message reads, "Failed - Network Error" (Chrome), "Interrupted - Network error" (Opera), "Unknown time left - 0 bytes (0 bytes/sec)", then, "failed" (Firefox)... you get the picture. Essentially, it appears the download is timing out. I've attempted to temporarily disable the firewall, which as not yielded any success.
I'm unsure if this is occurring due to a setting within Norton Internet Security or Windows 10. If this is something about which anyone can provide some help, I'll be mucho grateful for your assistance.
