I'm trying to purge old files with little success. After several iterations, all I get is "Failed to Purge" in green.
Looking at previous posts, it seems I need some one to help me.

Also have you reached out to support at https://www.norton.com/chat yet? Some of the issues you're reporting across the multiple threads may require a live agent to look at your system and diagnose the issues.
I am having the same problem; I get a "failed to purge" message one one computer, but purging files from another computer was successful. I have tried to chat, call, and e-mail Norton support all with no success. Each time the contact page is opened and I enter my information the page freezes and refuses to send the info to Norton. I can't find a phone number to call (when you click on "call us" the same contact info form opens up - there is no number listed. I am getting very frustrated and I am quite dissatisfied with NOB at this point.
