Failed transaction

I have tried for 2 days straight to withdraw the crypto that I earned and the transaction keeps failing every time. Please get this fixed as I have called into customer support and no help.

It works just have to adjust the payout a bit lower in order for it to go through.

no it doesnt work it rarely has no matter the amount chose or the threshold met ... worst experience
