False Positives for Incognito Mode

I'm continually getting notified my child is browsing in incognito mode and yet she is not. I've seen several posts on this but no resolution. What is causing the false positives? How do I fix them?

Could you please check if guest mode was launched by your child in Google Chrome? This alert will be sent for guest mode as well.
Incognito alerts are sent once in a day when incognito/guest mode is launched on Norton Family supported browsers.
Also please try closing any guest mode or incognito browser instances on the Windows device to prevent this alert being sent again.
